John is an educator with over 20 years of experience creating inclusive and innovative learning environments. He’s passionate about helping students build emotional intelligence, resilience, and prepare for life after school. With an Ed.S. and M.S. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, a teaching license in Emotional Behavioral Disabilities (EBD) from Augsburg College, and a B.A. in American History with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington (where he was a scholarship athlete), John is committed to supporting students in all areas of their growth—academic, social, and emotional.
A strong advocate for students, young adults, and adults with disabilities, John focuses on inclusion and creating employment opportunities. He actively builds networks within the community to help individuals navigate real-life challenges and secure meaningful work. Currently, John works in a Center-Based Program, where he supports students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Outside of work, John enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two dogs, and he’s passionate about giving back to his community.

Driven by a passion for improving patient outcomes, Leisa integrates holistic approaches to healthcare, ensuring that each patient’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Whether caring for patients navigating transplant procedures or supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges, Leisa brings deep expertise and a compassionate approach to every patient interaction.
Outside of work, Leisa enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading, always seeking new experiences and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Leisa resides with their husband and two dogs, balancing a fulfilling career with a vibrant personal life.

Outside of work and volunteering, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at their cabin, where they fish, ride ATVs, and work on activities like puzzles that allow them to "disconnect and reconnect".
